Interior fabrics and products made with Nishijin gold brocade woven in Kyoto KAJI KINRAN is a textile brand produced by Kaji Kinran Co., Ltd. based in the Nishijin area of Kyoto. Kaji Kinran Co., Ltd. specializes in Kinran weaving, the highest-grade textile among the traditional Nishijin fabrics, and has produced garments and adornments for temples and shrines for many years. In Japan, people have long felt a sense of awe towards nature, and cherished things and beings through their representations in the arts and designs. Kinran weaving conveys this sense of admiration with intricate patterns derived from the natural world. KAJI KINRAN adds a new touch to the beauty and skills that have been fostered for centuries in Kyoto, where a graceful culture continues to live on.

Taking inspiration from her experience living in different countries and encountering various cultures, she provides designs with carefully thought out tone of color and texture.
